    - Unpack the plugin archive into some <your_temp_location>.

    - Copy the config files in the root of <your_temp_location> to a root of the
    default BASE installation where main php configuration file is located.
    If your installation differs from the default one you will need to make sure
    that the actual plug-ins will find their config files, since relative paths
