Ciruvis was developed at the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology at Uppsala University in order to obtain an interactive web-page from a Rosetta-formatted rule file using the Circos software. Rules submitted in plain text are also supported now. If you would like us to add support for another format, please send us an e-mail.
Ciruvis was developed by Susanne Bornelöv, Simon Marillet and Jan Komorowski and is currently based on Circos version 0.55, which has been slightly modified to fit our needs.
